DAW Publications
To date, the Association has published well over eighty plays in both English and Welsh.
Scripts are identified as suitable for publication through Festivals, our Script Reading Service and annual Playwriting Competition.
The titles are made available for purchase and productions encouraged among amateur drama companies.
DAW Publications for perusal
Due to the ever increasing demand for easy access to our fantastic catalogue of plays, we are branching out into the world of digital technology and embracing it with both arms.
Every week on our website, we will be building an “online library” of our plays. This will include: front and back covers; synopses; the publishing page including cast break down, together with a soupçon of script to whet your appetite.
What Have I Done To Deserve This? by Margaret Kynaston
If you are interested in reading any of the plays you see, please contact us for a hire copy (if you are a member of the Drama Association of Wales), or for both members and non-members, the purchase of a hard copy.
We are in the process of making e-copies available, but at present we are preparing our catalogue and working closely with our writers to make sure everyone is as fully informed as possible of what this entails.
So please do, come and peruse, and should there be anything we can assist you with, or recommendations we can make, don’t hesitate to contact us.
