Library Lending Service
Conditions of Loan
Books and recordings are borrowed in accordance with the conditions of loan.
Charges
Books and sets are charged on a weekly basis.
Fees are:
- Full length plays - £1.00 per copy per week
- One act plays - 60p per copy per week
- Sound effect tapes/accent cds - £2.00 per tape/cd per week
- Sketch - 50p per copy per week
Late return charge per book:
- Full length play - £1.50 per copy per week
- One act play - 70p per copy per week
Loan Period
The minimum load period is one week, and the maximum is twelve weeks. Long term hire by previous arrangement only - the following costs apply:
Full length plays
- 1st six weeks - £1.00 per copy per week
- 2nd six weeks - 80p per copy per week
One act plays
- 1st six weeks - 60p per copy per week
- 2nd six weeks - 50p per copy per week
Care of Books
Please do not mark the scripts in any way.
Early Returns
Your account will automatically be credited for each full week that books are returned early.
Late Returns and Lost Books
One reminder only will be sent when books are overdue. If books are not returned four weeks after the due date, replacement copies will be charged and incur administration costs. If copies are returned damaged a replacement charge will automatically be added to your account. An administration fee of £15.00 will also be added.
Postage
All postage will be charged in full. Books will automatically be sent by first class post unless otherwise requested. For all enquiries, please email: teresa@dramawales.org.uk

Once an order has been placed, it is despatched by return of post from Cardiff.
